Gastronomic Restaurant – Plénitudewith
Plénitude, as its name suggests. On the first floor of Cheval Blanc Paris, an intimate place: the gastronomic restaurant of chef Arnaud Donckele, awarded three MICHELIN stars, five toques and a 19.5/20 rating by Gault & Millau. In this exceptional place, Arnaud Donckele asked Maison LELEU to develop three new carpets. The first, with its singular shape, stands on the stage like a work of art. Hand-tufted, it is composed of wool and silk and uses two techniques: cut pile and bouclette. The two flat woven rugs in yellow define the lower space in the rhythm of the seasons.
